Absolutely! Re-inspections are encouraged and are a great way to ensure that repairs have been made before closing. Re-inspections typically cost $75 unless the house is located more than 15 miles from Clarksville.

We provide same day reporting and deliver it via email. The email provides a link to our website followed by login credentials to access the report whenever you like. We also attach it as a PDF for ease of printing.
Some issues found in the report do not have to be repaired by licensed contractors and some do. We inform you in the report if issues found should be further evaluated by a licensed specialist. We do not make repairs and we do not make recommendations on who to use due to conflict of interest.
You do not have to be present for the inspection. The entire process can be done via email and phone to accommodate for working individuals. If you would like to be present during the inspection you are more than welcome to do so.
There is no such thing as pass or fail. We identify issues and help you decide where to go from there. We inform all our clients about items in the report that may include cost-heavy repairs or issues that may not pass a safety inspection for a government loan such as VA.
In a typical real estate transaction, you will have 10 days from the acceptance of your bid to have a home inspection done. We recommend scheduling an inspection as soon as you can to avoid scheduling conflicts. We do our best to accommodate for last-minute next day inspections but this is not ideal. We also provide Saturday inspections for working individuals that would like to be present at an additional cost.
Yes! If the building does not exceed three stories it can be inspected without a commercial license. We have a long history of inspecting duplexes, quadplexes and apartment buildings and our reports are sectioned out to accommodate these individual unit situations.
An average size home (1500 to 2000 square feet) built within the last 10 years will run about $300 depending upon location and will usually take between two to three hours. Larger and/or older homes will cost more to inspect due to the time required for a full inspection and report. We can travel up to 50 miles in any direction and are also licensed in Kentucky.
